Gore's Fresh Meats

Ask our professional butchers to cut the meat for your taste and convenience. We source delicious, quality beef, pork, lamb and chicken. Most beef and pork cuts are available all the time and you can find the selection here. If you need a “rare cut” we can usually get it for you straight from our slaughter house, but we ask for a few days notice. You can find the selection of uncommon cuts here.

Lamb cuts are available generally every few weeks. Please place your order for specific cuts and weights so we can save them for you when we bring a lamb in next.

Our butcher shop also has a great selection of other local products besides meat. We offer a full selection of spices, dry goods, milk, eggs, side salads, cheeses and lunch meats. Check out the list of items we offer below. Any specific deli orders need to be placed the day before.

We have a passion for eating good meat so don’t hesitate to ask us what cut of meat is best for the dish you’d like to make or what size you’ll need to feed your guests. Get as much or as little as you want- it’s cut for you. Come down to satisfy your “meat tooth” and meet your butcher!
